Miley Cyrus escaped serious injury when the set of the Hannah Montana movie collapsed!

During filming for The Hannah Montana Movie in Columbia Tennessee, high winds blew a giant piece of lightning equipment into a Ferris wheel full of people.

Hannah Montana had just finished filming that particular scene when the accident occurred.

TMZ reported that a number of extras sustained minor injuries and were taken to the hospital.

We are glad no one was seriously hurt!
